This website provides general information about Skaicom Microfinance Limited and its intended products. It is not a loan offer, approval, financial recommendation or substitute for the final loan agreement.

Current product

The salary-backed loan is available only to eligible employees whose employer has an active MOU with Skaicom. Approval remains subject to KYC, identity verification, credit assessment, affordability, employer confirmation and the terms presented in the application portal and signed agreement.

Illustrative calculator

The calculator uses the amount, term and monthly reducing-balance rate selected by the user. It also shows a 2.5% processing fee deducted during disbursement. Results are estimates and may differ from the approved schedule because of rounding, dates, charges, assessment results or contract terms.

Repayment and late payment

Salary-backed loan instalments are remitted through the participating employer’s payroll process. A three-day grace period applies to late payments. Any applicable late-payment charge, calculation basis and collection process must be disclosed in the signed loan agreement and applied subject to applicable requirements.

Coming-soon products

Business, personal, student and vehicle loans are marked “Coming soon.” This does not mean that applications are open, that launch is guaranteed or that any specific rate, amount or date has been approved.

Third-party portal

Applications will be completed through NestFinance when the official portal link is connected. Portal availability, registration steps and technical services may be governed by additional notices shown during registration.

Changes and governing requirements

Website information may be corrected or updated as products, registration and licensing progress. The signed loan agreement prevails over general website content. Services are intended for Tanzania and are subject to applicable Tanzanian requirements.
